In the rare event that your package tracking information displays that your THRONE box delivered to your correct address & you claim your package is missing/ not present, we will not be held responsible and there will be no refunds issued in this circumstance. Each of our boxes carry insurance for the delivery when shipped anywhere in the U.S. and it will be your responsibility as the receiver of the package to file a claim with the postal service if you wish to.
If you choose to subscribe for multiple months at a time (our 3, 6 or 12 month subscription plan) no refunds will be granted if you decide you no longer want to continue your subscription in the midst unless we stop doing business. This is why we offer different subscription plans, so our consumers can have different options based on their preferences.
It is your responsibility as a buyer to cancel your subscription before it renews on the first of each month, if you wish, so you are not charged for the next month. Once you are charged for the month, there will be no refunds issued as our boxes will be shipping out after. You will receive an email once you subscribe that gives you your renewal date so you are aware of when you will be charged again.
Since we are a new company, there is a possibility that changes will be made throughout the year that may effect your next subscription renewal i.e. shipping fees, box pricing, box options, etc. and you will be made aware of these changes through email and we will also make announcements on our social media accounts. We will not be held accountable if you are unaware of these changes and we have sent you an email and alerted social media.
